This could have occurred for a number of reasons:

    1. The vehicle or record you were altering is missing some information.
    2. The system is having difficulties retrieving the information you are viewing or editing.
    3. An unknown bug in the system's programming has occurred.

In the mean time you can:
    A: Use your browser's back button to return to the previous page, ensure all data was entered ok and try resubmitting.
    B: Log Out and log back in.
